PASILAN URHEILUHALLI, HELSINKI

Open competition in Disco Dance, Disco Slow and Performing Arts Improvisation. 

Competition hall: Pasilan Urheiluhalli (Radiokatu 22, Helsinki)

Audience entrance from the upper level of the arena. Dancers' entrance on the left side of the building, halfway up the slope.

Pasilan Urheiluhalli is easily accessible by public transport.

Tram: No. 9

Train: Approximately 700 m walk from Ilmala station and 1.5 km from Pasila station.

Bus: Bus routes 23 and 59

Parking: Parking in the arena's parking area is subject to a fee. Parking spaces are very limited. There is also some street parking available in the surrounding area.

Public transport is strongly recommended for getting to the competition venue!

COMPETITION AREA

Black dance floor mat, approximately 12 m x 15 m, at floor level.

Entrance onto the floor is from the back, in the center.

Dancers should exit towards the nearest side/corner at the back. The exact exit may vary slightly depending on the category (e.g. whether the floor is divided or not).

Groups may exit in any direction they prefer.

TICKETS: Buy entry tickets: https://events.liveto.io/events/dancevents-disco-cup Dancers start fee tickets will be changed to wristbands at the competition hall. We ask one coach for each dance studio/dance school to pick up all the dancers wristbands and start numbers at the main entrance. Dancers will be able to enter the hall during the whole competition.
Each dance studio/dance school will get 1 free coach pass (entry ticket for coach/trainer).

FOOD AND BEVERAGES: We have a small cafe in the hall (only cash or mobilepay). Iso Omena shopping centre is really close to the hall (walking distance, 1-2 minutes) and there you can find many restaurants and big supermarkets.
